Some want to drop a few pounds and just need help getting there. To others, wellness may be learning better time management skills or accepting a new diagnosis and learning how to move forward.

What is SHIFT?

SHIFT is a unique and individualized program that is offered at no cost through select employers and is not like any other program you may have tried. You may also be able to SHIFT during work hours.

SHIFT provides individualized solutions and research based outcomes.
In fact, one of the keys to success of this program is our proprietary research and personal guidance. We do not offer a one size fits all approach. If you are ready to try something new, simply give us 4 sessions.
